We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the flooring is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a restocking charge. Custom or special-order items may be subject to different return conditions.

Carpets must be unused and must not have been fitted or laid. Returned carpets are subject to a 60% restocking charge. Please Note: Flooring or carpets ordered using the customer's own measurements are the customer's responsibility. Items ordered in the wrong size or quantity cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer a selection of sustainable and eco-friendly flooring options. Many of our products are sourced from responsibly managed forests and contain low VOCs.

Absolutely! Our design experts can assist you in selecting the perfect flooring that complements your aesthetic and functional needs.

We offer kerbside delivery to stay in line with our insurance policy. In some cases, the driver may be able to place your order just inside your front door. Drivers are unable to carry goods upstairs and are not responsible for any damage occurred.

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days. Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and your location within the UK. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date so we can rearrange it. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if no one is available to accept the delivery, a failed delivery charge of £100 will apply to cover the cost of redelivery.
